"We loved this hotel! It was the first leg of our trip, the many restaurants and shopping places were great! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The parking was a disaster, I’m not sure who’s error it was but one said we didn’t have to pay for parking if validated and then another said we had to pay for parking and the parking was hard to find but it might have been our misunderstanding as well. I would stay here again, the location is excellent and so were the staff."

"Good hotel in a great location for centre of Auckland, comfortable, although heating system doesn’t control temperature very effectively, well equipped and excellent helpful staff. Parking a bit expensive, but convenient and it is central Auckland"

"Beautiful rooms, central location close to the sky tower and an enjoyable walk down to the waterfront and restaurants. Highly recommend! There was parking close by for anyone hiring a car and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional."
