"Well designed Thermal Mass house in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Lovely getaway from the busy city. Short drive to beach and shops. Two stores close by and a Four Square, also a popular fish and chop shop and bar. Limited internet access, no tv, so we played lots of family games. Only slightly negative point was the steep driveway, but my husband coped by putting his foot down! Joanna was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay again "

"Fantastic view even though it rained and at times the sea entrance was misty it was still fascinating. Dinner was superb with the most delicious seafood chowder served. A special treat was being next to a family group who sang beautifully and a man in the group played the guitar. Thank you Omapere Sands, a very enjoyable night's stay.
