Well Appointed 5x bedroom/ 3.5x bathroom (sleeps 8-14) oceanfront home on a large secured private lot located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ocean access, nearby sandy beach with sea turtles- most days (3x houses away), seasonal whale / dolphin watching from the property, snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, fish diving, fishing, & yoga.

*This is for the rental of both the first and second floors. Each floor has seperate entrances with a full kitchen and dryer/washer on each floor. The other listing on VRBO is just for the second floor unit.
