"Very nice, safe and historic "

"Excellent B&B in a convenient area, within walking distance of restaurants, bars & sights. We stayed in the coach house in a superior room which was very spacious with a four poster bed, two sofas and an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast every day was excellent and served by B who made us all smile. Only all the staff the building the surroundings were absolutely excellent and I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you go to Charleston"

"We had a lovely large room at the Inn. The area around the Inn was quiet, as residential. The restaurant located within was very nice with great food selections and friendly staff. Even the housekeeping staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to the Inn at I’ON should we be in the area of Charleston again. "

"The location of this inn was EXCELLENT! It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants. (Cru Cafe-right across the street, yummy!)The area beach (Folly Beach)was also accessible by Uber (30 minutes). "The location makes it walkable to downtown Charleston and close by restaurants but far enough out of the crowded areas and traffic. Our host Courtney was there to greet us and available for whatever came up during our stay. She has done a lot to make a small space comfy and attractive with lots of attention to detail. Highly recommend!"

"Took a chance as we always stay at the Bennett or Charleston place but this was a 3 day trip. We couldn’t be any happier with our choice. It’s newly redone property. "We traveled to Charleston to attend our daughter's wedding. We could see The Carolina Girl, her venue, from Rob and Zack's backyard! This house is so spectacular and their hosting is so casual and comfortable that I can't believe anyone would not be glad they chose it. It was dark and quiet--so glad I didn't choose a place in town--so our sleep was deep and uninterrupted. Zack's omelet in the morning was 5-star hotel stuff and we were close to every sort of restaurant for other meals. We used...
