The relaxing colours of nature adorn central Istria, a green oasis with a view of the clear blue sea. One such place is a village of Žužići near Višnjan, home to Eleonora, a modern and contemporary villa. Villa Eleonora is fully equipped and boasts modern design and relaxing atmosphere both in the interior, as well as the outside garden area. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room and a bedroom with sauna. The living room featuring a fireplace, connected with a big kitchen and dining room create a cosy open-concept living space overlooking the exterior with large terraces and pool (50m²). There are three beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies to enjoy the view of nature. The garden offers a unique outdoor experience where you can barbeque while your children are enjoying themselves on the playground. There are two bicycles available for exploring the surrounding area. The nearest beaches are 15 km away.

Perfect Holiday

The House was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, grill and Garden. Especially the communication with the host was great. There was nothing we missed. We traveled with 3 families.

Wonderful Modern Villa

Perfect modern villa with fabulous pool and lists of amenities. Easy checkin process. Well stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ, lots of sun loungers and chairs to sit on. 2 sun umbrellas. Shady area with large dining table for outdoor eating. 30 min walk or 5 minute drive to local village with 3 restaurants, bar and small supermarkets. Easy drives to Porec and Rovinj and northern towns Accommodation of high standard, all 4 rooms aircon, and there is washing machine and general good facilities. Would definitely recommend this villa and would stay there again. Pool lovely, large, very clean and gets the sun all day

Een geweldig huis

Het huis was echt top, niks ontbrak eraan. Super locatie heel rustig, ze hebt wel een auto nodig om overal te komen, maar alles is op zo'n 15 á 20 min rijden. Het huis is voorzien van alle luxe en ziet echt super uit. 4 grote slaapkamers, allemaal voorzien van eigen badkamer en wc. Alles was heel schoon. Communicatie met de eigenaar liep heel soepel en reageerde snel. Wij hebben 10 dagen in dit verblijf gezeten en zouden zo weer teruggaan. Kortom, hier kun je echt vakantie houden.

Tolle Villa, super Zeit, einfach herrlich!!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Eleonora verbracht. Das Haus selber, der Pool und das Grundstück sind exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage sorgt dafür, dass man Größtenteils mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad los muss. Der Ort Višnjan ist fussläufig in ca. 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es einen tollen Bäcker und einen kleinen, lokalen Händler, der frisches Obst und Gemüse verkauft. Porec ist eine tolle Stadt mit kleinen Gassen und schönen Restaurants. Kaufland und Lidl sind sehr überlaufen und man sollte sich Zeit und Geduld beim Einkaufen mitbringen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine ganz tolle Zeit und sind sehr relaxt und erholt wieder abgereist. Wir würden den nächsten Sommerurlaub wieder in dieser Villa buchen, wenn es passt. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich eine Ansage. Nicht nur das es sehr groß ist, dazu ist es auch noch sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Jedes der 4 Zimmer hat seine eigenen Vorteile, wobei aber die Sauna natürlich hervorsticht, die man auch im Sommer problemlos nutzen kann. Im Poolbereich hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und die Grillecke wurde von uns auch sehr viel genutzt. Alles in allem hatte das Haus von alleine schon viel zu bieten. Einziger mangelpunkt wäre, das man 15-20 min zu einem gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt braucht und auch das Meer ca. ähnlich weit entfernt. Mit einem Auto ist das aber höchstens etwas erschwerlich, jedoch kein K.O. Kriterium. Dies bestärkt auf der anderen Seite aber positiv die Ruhe und Abgeschottenheit des Hauses. Somit können wir das Haus für größere Freundesgruppen ab 6 Personen sehr empfehlen.
