Vastly misrepresented
I believed I had booked an urban holiday in a villa in the seaside town of Villajoyosa.; instead we ended up in a rural location in mountain area called Polop. There were extra charges that I felt would have been more honestly added at the beginning of the booking. Some of the extra charges were excessive. Poor communication (as in IMPORTANT INFORMATION only available in French or German) as well as incorrect information as regards what was included and what was not. Representative on final day extremely rude. Villa needed a refurb. Downstairs toilet leaked (and had been for quite some time according to the neighbour). Need I say more?

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal das „Glückshaus“ gebucht. Letztlich darf man für den günstigsten Preis keine Wunder, Designhäuser oder Luxus erwarten. Die Häuser sind meist Standardbauten aus den 80/90er Jahre, die teilweise auch in Küche und Bad modernisiert wurden. Die Häuser entsprechen der Beschreibung in jeglicher Weise. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Emplacement trop haut maison pas entretenu pas équipé non plus ( pas de four pas étendoir manque eau chaude à l’arrivée ) pas possibilité de mettre la wifi alors que sur annonce général wifi et mentionné . La maison et trop haut dans les montagnes je déconseille cette maison fortement l’agence surveille et viens à l’approviste . Maison très abîmé les murs s’effrite et sont fissuré le jardin et pas entretenu non plus et certaines portes s’ouvrent pas du coup pas air qui passe je vous conseille acheter des ventilateur !!!!
