"Gorgeous villa with stunning tile-work and a large and idyllic garden. We stayed here as a party of 5 for 5 nights and had a very comfortable time. The villa is around a 15 min walk away from the port itself and near many shops and restaurants. The one thing to note is that parking is not available and it can be a challenge to find a spot near the house, but there is paid parking around a 5 min walk away. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Turchese. The check in process was very smooth & the staff were very helpful in providing recommendations and arranging our groceries, transfers and scooter hire. In our opinion a scooter is the best way to get around the island and there is plenty to see and do. "Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed."
