"The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. It’s a good base for sightseeing in Palma (via the very cheap bus services) but be aware that the nearby Playa is “party central” for (mostly) German stag and hen parties. It’s not unsafe but it can be noisy and the local cafes and restaurants are largely targeted at this demographic. We were on the Iberostar B&B rate, which proved to be a good choice. Be aware a) that there are local laws that restrict the amount of alcohol that can be included in any “all inclusive” rate and b) the hotel itself restricts the food options for “AI” customers - such that “all inclusive” customers get less value, in my view. Also, while the “Star Prestige” package does give some benefits such as upper floor rooms and discounts in the restaurants - the SP exclusive rooftop lounge has only a very shallow “pool” (such that swimming is impossible) and closes very early (6PM) - thus you might not want to pay too much extra for SP either. The hotel is however very clean and with a good range of organised activities and evening entertainments in the bar, which we enjoyed. There’s also a Spa/gym, which we did not use."

Our room had a very nice balcony with a beach view, comfortable bed & room. They have a spa that feels great after a long day to soak & relax. The staff all very friendly & helpful. "Just had a wonderful 3 night break at Taurus Park the staff were all amazing from our check in to our meals and to the cleaning. The food was absolutely fantastic so much variety and plentiful. We had one small issue with the hairdryer but that was resolved. Would definitely highly recommend and would happily stay again thank you everyone at Taurus Park"

"We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine. On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise. Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family."
