"Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop."

"The apartment was fine and location was good. Unfortunately you could not stand upright in the bedroom area and the stairs required some agility. The shower drain and corners in the cabine were incredibly dirty, but the rest of the apartment was nice and clean. Great that there was a washing machine. We had a good stay. Berlin is a great place."

"Im Vorfeld gab es Unsicherheiten, weil die Bereitstellung der technischen Informationen verspätet kamen. Vor Ort hat dann alles geklappt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einfach, dafür war es sehr ruhig. Der Föhn sollte erneuert werden und die Netzwerkverbindung des Fernsehers sollte überprüft werden."
