We utilised the rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. It is dangerously narrow and very slippery."

She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing "
