Tiny toilet. Loo is close to the door that knees touched (and I'm no giant, only 5'7"). Miniscule lift - just takes one person with one piece of luggage or two without. Our door (room 14) so close to the lift door that it took major juggling with luggage to get in - one door opened onto the other. Breakfast room not big enough for all the diners. Need to leave car keys with reception as cars are blocked in like a Rubix cube - receptionist juggles them round in the morning.
