"Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend "

"Wir sind als Familie mit 1 Kind gereist und waren eine Woche dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und somit ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, einzig im Zimmer hätte die Reinigungskrsft einmal ordentlicher durchwischen können. Ansonsten alles TOP. das Essen war sehr lecker, die Anlage vor kurzer Zeit erst frisch renoviert. Ein Shuttle fährt täglich zum Strand. Die Kinderaktivitäten waren ganz toll....

"My second time visiting in less than a year! Absolutely love this hotel. The service is incomparable and the food is exquisite. Our favourite options were the traditional Cretan restaurant Elemes and the Seafood restaurant Bony Fish. The service and the cuisine were star-worthy in both. My advice? Take the staffs recommendations on dishes of the day. Lots to do in the hotel's complex such as shopping ( I spent too much money here!) and snorkelling in the sea. "For me this was a near perfect set up if you want to relax and unwind, having a collection of villa's rather than a single building means it doesn't feel cramped, likewise being spread out over a big site meant you rarely felt you had to worry about getting a space by the pool like you can at other places. "The staff is really amazing, we can’t thank enough for making my wife and I feel like we’re at home. The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available. We were in for seven nights and we also think that in the middle of the stay, the bed sheets should be changed for clean ones. Besides that,...
