Ground floor apartments, in a urbanization located 150m from El Playazo Beach. With air conditioning/heating, free WiFi (optical fiber), Smart TV with Spanish channels, and a terrace facing south with access to the communal pool, ideal to enjoy outdoors all year round. .

Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with two beds 80 x 200), 1 bathroom with bathtub or shower, living- dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pool open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.

Perfecto todo.
El apartamento estaba correcto, limpio y como se describía en el anuncio. Cerca de la playa. Se necesita coche para ir a comprar. Zona muy tranquila. La única pega el horario de la piscina. Muy corto. La urbanización muy limpia y todo muy cuidado.

A mejorar: alguna balda en el baño para los accesorios de aseo, el.plato del microondas que gire dentro del mismo y un escobon para la terraza de entrada, que si llueve, como fue el caso, se pone de pajas y retamas hasta arriba y si limpias con la escoba de dentro la.estropeas. Precioso apartamento con detalles a mejorar
El apartamento y la finca son eSpectaculares, de diseño moderno y entorno agradable con una piscina increible. El apartamento está muy escaso de vasos y platos, y cafeteras estropeadas. El lavavajillas no funciona bien, hay que empujar un poco la rueda de vez en cuando para que siga y el sifón pierde agua que hay que estar todo e rato recogiendo. Todo eso teniendo en cuenta que al recoger la llave nos dijeron que estaba en orden. El socorrista no trata igual a los propietarios que a los alquilados, generando situaciones de tensión. En resumen, si te metes en tu burbuja y pasas de todo disfrutarás mucho pero sino pasaras ratos desagradables.
