Consider this newly renovated house your home away from home in beautiful south Venice only one mile to the beach and short walk to Shamrock Park- catch amazing sunsets at both! Shamrock park has basketball and tennis courts, a playground, walking/biking trails and attaches to Legacy Trail. This fabulous property boasts 3 bedrooms- the master suite has a king bed and master bath with its own mini split, the other bedrooms have 2 full beds in one and a queen bed in the other. There is also a separate lounge area off the master suite. Enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms. Relax on the fully screened lanai overlooking the backyard with grill and fire pit to enjoy the beautiful FL weather year round. With amenities like washer/dryer, WiFi, Alexa, TVs in every room, board games, books and ice cold AC, guests will have everything they need for a memorable stay. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, bocce ball and other beach games.

This property utilizes a septic tank. Our cleaning checklist affirms its functioning maintenance. Upon arrival inform us immediately should there be an issue. We ask our guests to be mindful of only flushing toilet paper. The property's general maintenance & landscaping is handled by independent contractors. Should a work order be fulfilled during your stay, we will provide due notice and do our part to not inconvenience your stay.

System Failures
In the event, the rental unit sustains a failure of a system, including but not limited to heating or cooling, water, sewer, septic, electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, heat pump, ventilating, pool, hot tub, or other system or structural systems, neither the property owner nor the Management shall be liable to Guest for damages, and no refunds will be given for such failures. However, Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment, and in such event, the Guest agrees to permit the Manager or its service provider to have reasonable access to the property to inspect and make such repairs.

Unforeseen Occurrences
Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by but not limited to the following: weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. There shall be no refunds available as such instances are beyond the control of Management. It is highly recommended that the Guest considers travel and/or rental insurance.

This house receives monthly pest control, but it's Florida and we cannot guarantee that guests wont see any snakes, spiders, ants or roaches. Should any problems arise, the pest control company can/will perform additional services to ensure the guests comfort and peace of mind.

Perfect! Very well appointed, and comfortable, home in a very pleasant neighborhood and close to ALL of the wonderful things south Florida has to offer during the winter season. Our host, Tesha, was wonderful. From our initial contact, and throughout our stay she was very proactive and a pleasure to work with. Tesha, and i were both new to VRBO and the process initially took some doing, but she was on it. I highly recommend this exceptionally clean, well appointed home for short or extended stays in this friendly community. Good job putting this together and making my dads 2 week stay both comfortable and memorable!

Fantastic Property! Will stay again

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything to make guests feel at home. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the little touches—like coffee, spices, and even a welcome basket—made a huge difference. The location was perfect—close enough to the beach and restaurants but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. I could even hear the sound of the waves at night. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the fire pit made evenings so memorable. Communication with the hosts was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It’s clear they take pride in providing an exceptional experience. We’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. It truly felt like a home away from home!
