This charming apartment is located in one of the most famous nineteenth century building in Venice, the Molino Stucky, with its unique neo-Gothic style and is located in Giudecca Island, a residential area far from the bustle of tourism.
The vaporetto stop "Giudecca Palanca" is 4 minutes walking from the apartment, from which you can reach St. Mark's Square in just 15 minutes.
Marco Polo Airport is about 50 minutes away and Santa Lucia Train Station is 20 minutes away.
Our guests can also enjoy some paid services of the Hilton Hotel, present inside the Molino Stucky complex, such as gym, spa, restaurants and rooftop bars.
Extremely comfortable and recently renovated, the apartment has wooden floors and exposed beams, air conditioning and independent heating.
Composed of open space with living room and equipped kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom with bathtub, has everything you need, such as washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, air conditioning and much more. Ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy a stay in an apartment with attention to every detail.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at
the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.

AMAZING!!!
We loved this apartment!!! It’s in the coolest location, across the canal from St Mark’s. Very local vibe, not crowded at all, and fantastic little restaurants and cafes. You have a beautiful view across the canal and can sip your caffe while enjoying it. Mikayla met us and was so friendly and helpful. She told us to text with any questions or concerns and gave us some great tips about visiting. Would definitely come back here again!
