Situated in a calm and characteristic part of Venice named Castello, strategic position between Saint Mark and Giardini della Biennale, the apartment is an excellent choice for a stay in Venice: within walking distance to everything but tucked away from the crowd so that it is calm and quiet. The neighborhood is full of local shops of all kinds, grocery store around the corner and police station on the other side of the canal.
The apartment is made up of a large and brighting living room, a well equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
A city tax of € 4 per day per person (just for the first five days) has to be paid cash and directly at the arrival.
Check-in time is 2 - 8 p.m.
After 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. an extra charge of € 25 will be requested.
After 10 p.m. to 00 a.m. an extra charge of € 50 will be requested.
The strategic position of the apartment allows you to easily visit on foot Saint Mark’s Square, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Giardini della Biennale, Corderie of Arsenale, San Francesco della Vigna and San Giovanni e Paolo.
For those who prefer to take public transport, the main waterbus stops are just few minutes away.
