BARTOLO II is a completely restored flat on the first floor (no lift), overlooking a small, typically Venetian street. This period flat has kept all its Venetian charm (thanks to the exposed beams and gothic windows), with the added comfort of a modern flat (air conditioning, underfloor heating...).
BARTOLO II immerses you in the atmosphere of old Venice and its period palaces with its typical "trifore".
The flat consists of a large living room separated from the night area by a sliding door. A small corridor leads to the bathroom, the master bedroom and a second bedroom.
- The living room has four beautiful windows overlooking Calle della Bissa, giving an impression of space. The kitchen area is completely integrated into the living room and consists of a table with four chairs.
- The kitchen is fully equipped: gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, complete kitchenware.
- The main bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 colourful stools as a bedside table and an open wardrobe area.
- The second bedroom has two large wardrobes on either side of a single bed (85 x 190 cm), a wooden desk and a chair. The second bed (85 x 190 cm) is positioned in the L part of the room where the window and a sliding door to the master bedroom are located.
- The bathroom/WC has a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
The area:
Campo San Bartolomeo is located at the foot of the Rialto Bridge and has been the heart of Venice since its origins. From here it is easy to reach the most famous places in the city: Rialto Bridge (1 minute walk), St. Mark's Square (10 minutes walk), the Academy Museum (20 minutes walk)...
It is also a place to meet at the end of the day for an aperitif in one of the many "baccari" (traditional Venetian wine bars) in the area.
It is served by the "Rialto" vaporetto stop.
The entrance to the flat is through a small courtyard.
Remarks :
