Apartment on the third floor, very bright, located in the heart of the Historic Centre, only 200 metres from Rialto Bridge and less than 10 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. The apartment is furnished in a modern and refined style and consists of: spacious living room with dining table and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and, finally, a bathroom with bath/shower. Two additional sleeping places (sofa bed) available upon request. Maximum capacity 6 people. The host will welcome you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
