The house features central heating, a washing machine, air conditioning, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a desk, ironing equipment and a dressing room.
Note that bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property.
