"We had a lovely stay for two nights. Positives: -Short walk into town centre -Well equipped, the apartment had everything we needed -Lovely & helpful staff at reception -Comfy bed -Gorgeous view onto street Negatives: -Shower seal wasn’t amazing so the water did slightly leek onto the floor -Small towels, which doesn’t help if you are cleaning up water! "

"We have enjoyed our stay in Zakopane. The city is very nice, the accommodation was also great! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The beds were a bit hard and the curtains didn't do much in darkening the rooms. Overall a great accommodation."

"This apartment is so perfect as it was so central plus we had private parking. The interior is gorgeous including the kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, a rain shower in the bathroom and a swivel tv in the lounge/bedroom. Ample space plus an outside sitting area. We had 3 nights there and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delivered to the door and it was different every day and so much. We loved it thank you so much. "

"In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay."

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "We loved our stay with a Mountain View and balcony! The place was just off the busy street in town so it was pretty quiet compared to the main street. They only give 1 pillow per person but happily gave us an additional pillow upon request. Breakfast was included and made to order and served with breads, yogurt, etc. and parking was not too expensive 50 PLN and only about 2 min walk from the parking lot to hotel. Just a bit confusing to find the first time. The only downside was that we booked sauna time and not a single towel for use in the whole sauna. I guess you’re supposed to bring your room towel? But we were not informed. They also only give one towel in the room per person. "
