The cozy, lovingly furnished holiday apartment with approx. 35 square meters is located in the hills above Velden am Wörthersee. The town center of Velden and the lake can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The natural location between Forstsee and Saissersee is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks. The "Römerschlucht" is only 50m away from the house. A stage of the Alpine-Adriatic Trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

It is a holiday apartment with a balcony, a new kitchen with a comfortable seating area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower and window. You are welcome to use the garden.
