"We found this property to be dirty, with filthy mattresses and a lizard infestation in both our rooms. Although a couple of staff members were friendly and helpful, the owners of the property however were very rude and dismissed our concerns. "My wife and I had a one night stay at Ellie’s Residences. We booked last minute at 18:00 the day of our arrival due to having to leave our cruise in Mytilini. When we arrived two hours later, Kristina and Sophia assisted us in getting checked in and settled into our villa as my wife had suffered an injury earlier in the day. They were both very gracious and helpful with getting us amenities that we needed. The villa was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The next morning John (Ioannis?) was great in the checkout process and arranging transportation for us to the airport. All three of them made an unfortunate accident that occurred to my wife before our arrival tolerable and manageable. Will definitely stay here again in a future trip to Mylitini"
