"Beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel was very quiet overall. Breakfast was alright - decent selection and lots of seating. The elevator would not stop on any floor in the downward direction. Had to select Up as this was the only way to get on. Needs a fan in the bathroom to remove shower steam. Wallpaper coming off the wall as a result. Overall a good experience. "

"The staff were friendly and relaxed about everything but super helpful. It was F1 race weekend so hotel was very busy but staff were chill and always happy. Free parking was a real convenience, will definitely consider for next years race and for other visits to Montreal. Thanks again!"

"The staff at the reception were friendly, and the room was spacious, featuring a full kitchen and a dining table. The cleaning staff respectfully followed the "do not disturb" sign, which I appreciated. The only improvement I'd suggest is offering more vegan options at breakfast."

"This hotel’s customer service was fantastic, including speedy and friendly valet service. The front desk was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was very much appreciated. Very clean and modern room. Walkable to many shopping areas, restaurants, tour buses, and even further to Old Montreal. We would absolutely stay again. "
