Our 52 sqm holiday flat is on the 1st floor and has a large private balcony with garden furniture. In the separate bedroom there are 2 beds in a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the living/dining area there are 2 further sleeping places on a large sofa bed. There is a fully equipped large kitchenette with various appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge. The bright bathroom was completely renovated in November 2016 and is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC as well as a washing machine and a condenser dryer. In the living/dining area, there is a large dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and armchairs, as well as a satellite TV and radio/CD. In the entrance area/hallway there is a mirror, wardrobe and further storage space. A high chair for children is also available. The last renovation (complete painting) took place in November 2018. Outside, there is a lockable covered storage area for bicycles brought along or rented in the village. There is also a car parking space right next to the house. According to the description/info on the prices, the guest contributions are to be paid on site, as these cannot be collected by the agent. However, you will receive the guest cards/NordseeServiceCards together with the arrival information directly from the landlord by post.
