Change of scenery! On a beautiful beach next to Cabourg, seafront apartment in a luxury residence with swimming pool, you enjoy the sea 24/24. A loggia seen 180 degrees on the sea + a south facing terrace. The apartment is modern, comfortable and bright. Plancha, Wifi, SMART TV, new and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, private parking, Queen size bed (bedroom) and sofa bed 140x190 bultex very comfortable. Good holidays !

The exceptional 180 degree view of the sea will delight you! The accommodation is designed to make the most of the exteriors: loggia sea view with table and high chairs for lunch and dinner facing the sea, pool view terrace with garden furniture to vary the places for lunch or reading. Wifi is free, a new Smart TV allows you to watch TV and Netflix if you have an account and go on the internet.
The kitchen is equipped to cook and make the most of the accommodation .... no restaurant offers a view as beautiful!
Toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and oven, griddle, raclette ...
And to travel light: a washer dryer is available in the kitchen.
The bedding is very comfortable, a room with a bed 160 cm wide, a sofa bed very comfortable 140 cm and a fireside 90 cm are available in the living room.
A set of racket and ping pong balls is available to enjoy the ping pong room located on the ground floor ... 2 card games and 5 dice for parties!
Towels are provided (1 bath towel + 1 towel per person).
Bed linen: we provide in the price of the rental a disposable kit including for each bed: 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover soft nonwoven material for limited use to avoid bringing your sheets (thank you tell us how many people and beds will be used). Pillows and duvets are on site.

A swimming pool in the residence is open from June 15 to September 15 and is heated to 28 degrees. The sea is just down the residence. A ping pong room with sea view is available during the day (to the right of the caretaker's lodge). Parking is reserved for the tenants of the residence, arriving it is possible to park a few minutes in front of the entrance to facilitate access with luggage, then you park your vehicle on our reserved place. An indigent caretaker can intervene if necessary.

With the sea available 24 hours a day, do not hesitate to enjoy it when the beach is empty in the morning and evening! swim at high tide and walk around at low tide ...
It is gray ? do not pay attention! it is often at this moment that the sea is the most pleasant ... without anybody, appearing hotter! ... in May, June, September, October: do not hesitate to swim ... the sea is invigorating and it is a real pleasure!
To make the most of the open loggia, bring with you comfortable and warm clothes: sweater, stole, shawl ... nothing is more enjoyable than enjoying the view until late at night with the bay window open ... but it's cool so be sure to have warm clothes even in the heart of summer!

Home Varaville is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Côte Fleurie, they have preserved a natural and wild side in peace (there are few tourists) while being close to Cabourg just 3 kms. Around, one can easily go to visit the landing beaches in the South or go back to Deauville 20kms north.
Cabourg is a charming little town for walking, shopping or going to the casino, cinema, dinner at the restaurant ... the Grand Hotel Cabourg propels you in another time (that of Marcel Proust) and have a drink there is very pleasant. A romantic dinner at the gourmet restaurant Le Balbec will remain an unforgettable moment.
More picturesque: the old village of Dives sur Mer typically Normand worth the detour (neighbor of Cabourg) with its village of art, its preserved hall or its marina. The racecourse of Cabourg offers horse racing every 3 or 4 days in summer.
A golf at 2 km allows to discover or to train or simply to have a drink ...
Horseback riding is possible on the beach of Varaville and you pass in front of the residence during the walk ... (contact the Cabourg Pony Club)
Caen is 20 minutes with its castle, its abbey etc ...
Nearby: bakery, early, meat butcher within a radius of one km. A supermarket Carrefour 2 km offers a radius of fish and shellfish very qualitative and opens the oysters on reservation. Good restaurants nearby like "at the foot of the marsh" offers fresh quality food. Pizza trucks are set up during the summer season, 300 meters from the residence.
The fish market of Ouistreham 15 km is open from 7 am to 13h for the morning!

It is advisable to have a car. Otherwise Cabourg station possible then taxi. A bike and scooter rental is located a few km from the residence.
