Located in the Alizea Beach residence, on the 3rd floor with lift, one-bedroom apartment with terrace where you will enjoy a superb sea view and direct access to the swimming pool and the beach!

(Please note: swimming pool closed out of season)

Composed of a kitchen/dining room/living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds 90, separate WC, and bathroom with shower and close to all shops.

What to do in Valras / Sérignan and the surrounding area?

A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bike rental, Jetski, pétanque court, Karting, Tree climbing, canoeing...
In case of bad weather: Organize a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise: relax at the Spa or at the Casino!
All amenities within walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Commercial area of ​​Sérignan 4 km away and Polygone de Béziers 20 minutes away.

der Herr beim Check in hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben um die Situation - dreckige Wohnung - zu beheben. Dusche ist renovierungsbedürftig und es hat 3 Kaffeelöffel für 6 Personen??? Bei der Abreise wurden keine 3 Worte mit uns gewechselt, so schade.

Besser geht´s nicht

Super super Lage !! Man fährt fast länger mit dem Aufzug runter, als man zum Strand läuft !! Agentur war super nett & Schlüsselübergabe hat auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeit geklappt. Die Wohnung war total modern und mit allem ausgestattet (Küche mit viel Geschirr und sogar ein Dyson :-)) - und eine Garage am Strand ist einfach cool. Auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf´s Meer frisches Baguette & Pain au Chocolat zu frühstücken ist fantastisch !! In 1-2min zu Fuß gibt´s alles was man braucht: Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Restaurants. Rundum super gelungener Urlaub - jederzeit wieder !!

Der Balkon mit Strand-/Meerblick ist grandios

Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht ausreichend für max 4 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer in der Maisonette ist sehr geräumig, aber nicht zu lüften: d.h. im Sommer trotz offener Balkontür viel zu heiß, um dort zu schlafen. Auch der Ventilator schaftt keine nennenswerte Abhilfe. Die Nähe zum Strand, der schöne, ab mittags schattige Balkon und das ordentliche Haus haben unseren Aufenthalt trotzdem erholsam sein lassen.
