"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"After arriving at the check-in hotel (which is 2 metro stops away from the apartment) we had an easy check-in. We found the apartment building easily but could regularly smell cigarettes. "My wife and I spent her 70th birthday in Rome. Our place was everything described. Clean, well equipped for cooking breakfast (or other meals had we chosen). Elizabetta met us and gave an overview of the place (even a bottle of wine awaited us). She had great suggestions as where to eat and explained the metro.
