"This place was simply a paradise, they do everything they can to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one. We stayed in a room with a private pool that surpassed our expectations, the room was well-equipped and the front desk accommodated any additional needs. The pool and the deep soak tub were an excellent way to end our day."

"This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this place.. beautiful lovely, chill, fun things to see, great suggestions of what to do from staff.. we really loved this place and had a great experience. They furthermore provided a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and a token for another drink when we were ready. "
