Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to a very nice area with restaurants, and a easy 20 minute walk to Old Town. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen area, sitting area separate from the bedroom. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Apartment was great overall. Couple of things that were an issue. The apartment entry door has no peephole. On a couple of occasions there was some rambling in the hallway and couldn’t check if it was safe to open door. Also, it would be great if a booklet with information regarding the apartment and area could be provided. I have to mention that communication with property management was excellent and professional. Will definitely recommend the property. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful, beds and pillows comfy, beach was accessible by bus (very clean, cheap transportation), Uber worked everywhere but less complicated to take a cab from airport. Also it's great that the Uber app includes taxis as a choice. Our room did not face the street and was exceptionally quiet. Spa and massage were good."

"Amazing place. Going back if ever in the city. Patk at Saint Augustin. PARKING. Flat daily fee. 10min from most sightseeing places. Internet was fast and grocery store around the corner."

"The property actually exceeded my expectations. I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette."

"Yoann was amazing facilitating late check! Apartment was basic, all we needed for a short stay. immaculately clean and very comfortable bed. Only suggestion would be to add a couple of extra pillows to the bed."

"The Anderson city flats are perfect for a central stay in the old town of Valencia. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor which has private access to a roof terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and cleaned daily. You just have to step outside the door and you are a short walk from the main historical sites. We checked in at the nearby hotel cosmo and found the team there to be really helpful and friendly - they are available 24:7 if needed. I would recommend this accommodation. "

"Spacious, convenient and comfortable. Perfect for my requirements (solo traveller, intent on lots of sightseeing). Only concern was the shower tray filled easily and flooded the area around the shower and toilet, but mop and bucket handy so able to clean. Excellent communication regarding access to the building, had to ask for address to office. May be handy to have included in WhatsApp communication, but quick to reply when asked. "

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."
