Beautiful and cozy apartment at street level located near Avenida del Puerto, about a 25-minute walk from both the City of Arts and Sciences and Malvarrosa Beach. This beautiful property is perfect for both a family and a small group of friends. In addition, the Ayora metro station is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to transport to both the city center and the beach. It is a fantastic choice for your stay in Valencia.
