"The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help."

"The hotel is very nice. The area is very picturesque and the whole suburb is clean and safe. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The only negative for us, was that the hotel is about 37 mins from the city by train. But the train service is efficient. "

"While the address and some of the photos on the listing doesn't match the correct property (it's for another one in a village nearby), we knew this ahead of time so had no issues. I'd definitely recommend going for the top floor rooms, as they're larger in size and have a nice view out to the street. Breakfast was included and contains half a croissant, slice of toast, a small cake and 1.5 muffins per person along with juice and tea/coffee."
