The living area is the epitome of comfort cabin living, with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, with counter seating between the two areas. There is also a sliding door leading to a patio with a gas grill.

- Washer/Dryer are in the hallway outside of the condo. But don't worry, they belong to the condo and are for your use only. No one else will use them.
- Pool and hot tubs are closed during the off seasons (End of April / May and October / November - please ask us if your dates fall in these ranges so we can better inform you on closures)
- There is on-site parking included for one car in the building's underground parking.
- Absolutely no pets allowed per HOA rules.
