Located only 1-mile from Lionshead Village, this beautiful S-facing home is spacious, sunny, and the ideal setup for your next Vail vacation. With a free Town of Vail shuttle stop only steps away, getting to and from the slopes is a breeze. Wind down in the spacious living area while you reflect on the day's activities, turn on the fireplace, and relax while you prepare for tomorrow's adventures!

Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway)! It is just over a 1-mile drive to Lionshead Village. The free Town of Vail shuttle is a very convenient way to get to/from the property and the villages, and the shuttle stop is a 1-minute walk away. The shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes, from 6am until 2am! One can also enjoy the 1-mile walk to Lionshead via the pedestrian bridge!
