"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The walk-in shower was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well. The room was a good size. It would be good to have more hangers in the wardrobe. There wasn't a safe in the room. The breakfast was nice. The rooftop bar was great and a really nice place for us all to meet for drinks before we went out for dinner. I would definitely stay here again for the price we paid. "

"We were upgraded to a corner room with an oversized balcony looking out over the pool to the river. Spacious room, quiet, plenty of shelf and drawer space. The staff were amazing, Portuguese-friendly. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of hot and cold options including an omelet station. Location was very walkable to the Old Town, and also to the opposite side of the river and the Santa Clara monastery, plus walkways on both sides of the river."

The spa was a great way to pamper ourselves after a long day of sightseeing and a lot of walking. The staff was so helpful in recommending things to do during our too short stay. "Beautiful and unique place to stay. It’s like you back in time. Room was clean, stuff is helpful and professional. Bed wasn’t very comfy and it’s a little warm inside. There is no AC or a fan. Also there is no WiFi in the room only in the bar area of the hotel. Breakfast however was really good. For dinner we drove 10 minutes away to a nearby village. Restaurant at the hotel was too expensive for us. Overall I say it’s definitely worth visiting "

"Most comfortable stay we had in Portugal thus far. I had been digital nomading all over Portugal for a couple weeks now. I had been in many hostels and motel. But this is the first time I had stayed in a hotel as comfortable as this. This has all American amenities one would expect in a hotel like shampoo, towels, air condition, good comfortable bedding, and spacious room. I cleaned well, I slept undisturbed for 10 hours for the first time in Portugal. Best place in Lisbon and Coimbra "
