"In simple word “outstanding”. New hotel, clean, practical, with very warm hearted people working and managing the property. It’s very close to the old city and also provides bikes which can be used throughout your stay. It was our first time visiting Urla and I am returning with my soul filled with the hospitality and kindness of the people living in it. Everything was so natural. Do not hesitate to book this property, you’ll certainly not regret it. The hotel is brand new and therefore everything smells new :) Kudos to all the team: Cetin, Funda, Rasit and all the others whom I don’t recall their names"

"Pros: Staff and hotel was good. Easy check in. Location is very convenient. Very comfortable bed. Cons: The toilet was not properly cleaned as it had yellow stains but they cleaned it right away when we flagged it. The room we stayed at was facing to the street and right next to the entrance with a heavy door. So if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend that room but I am sure the others are fine."

"Bütün bungalowlarda duş akıtıyor. Bütün banyo su oluyor. Odalarda terlik yok. Perdeler tam kapanmıyor. Bu yüzden oda karanlık olamıyor. Çıkacağımız gün açıkladıkları check-out saatinden daha önce odayı boşaltmamızı istediler. Sebebi o gün düğün olmasıymış."

"Our stay was a big disappointment. So many aspects of a standard hotel or room were missing. The place was clean and that was the only positive thing about the stay. It is a summer holiday area in front of the sea yet there is no rack to hang your stuff, we had to put our towels, swimsuits all around the room like a tent. Again in the heat of the summer no mini fridge to put your water or milk of the child etc. We booked the hotel seeing that there was high speed wifi connection in the rooms and even though we paid a full price for the room there was no wifi connection. And we were told that there is a problem and it will be fixed. In this case of course we should not have paid a full price for the room. The other big issue was the noise that the owners and the employees of the hotel was making just under our room all night until 1:30! They were opening a ridiculously noisy door and pulling pushing stuff around several times and making us jump form our sleep. I had to shout and warn the employee to stop it in the end as it was very annoying and unexpectable where you go to have a holiday and rest! As we were very unhappy about the whole stay we decided to leave after staying 1 night and asked to pay only 1 night but our deal was with no refund so we agreed to pay half. Yet the owner took from us half of the commission she has to pay to the hotel, whereas she could have cancelled the stay and not pay. I'm sure she didn't pay any commission. Overall no knowledge of service"
