"Nice hotel, you can’t get any closer to lake bled than this hotel so the location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough although it would be nice if there was a bin in the room, we only had a small one in the bathroom and also if you could access streaming services on the TV. "Family of 4, with 2 young children. It is a great hotel for children, the use of two pools and the buffet breakfast and dinner were priceless. Location is great too. Only thing is that room was a little date, as well as

facilities. We were charged also for the infant's cot, albeit only €5. Staff were brilliant, i cant fault them. Parking is very limited, i would imagine in peak season that might be an issue, however as we visited off season, we had no problems finding a place."

"Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass wir gar nicht gebucht waren, obwohl wir über expedia eine verbindliche Buchung hatten (aus zu erwarteten Kapazitätsgründen - Ausenik Festival - schon ein Jahr zuvor). Weiters hatten wir die schriftliche Zusage gegen entsprechendes Entgelt ein Upgrade auf eine Suite zu bekommen. Die erste Nacht mussten wir wo anders wohnen. Dann hat sich das Klima beruhigt. Suite war nicht möglich aber wir bekamen statt Standard ein Superior Zimmer ohne Aufpreis....
