Unser Bauernhof befindet sich in ruhiger Lage (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Wir sind idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Große Liegewiese vor dem Haus. Kinderspielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Stellplatz für Ski vorhanden. Parkplätze am Haus. Angebotswochen im Frühjahr und im Herbst! Das Skiparadies Winklmoos-Steinplatte, der Märchen- und Erlebnispark Marquartstein und die Hochplattenbahn Marquartstein sind ca. 10 km entfernt. Das Biathlon-Mekka-Ruhpolding ist ca. 30 km entfernt.
Gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 83 qm., mit Küche (mit Spülmaschine), 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Sitzecke mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, großzügiger Wohn-Schlafraum mit separatem Essbereich, Kabel-TV und Radio, sowie kleinem Balkon, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, Gitterbett und Babyhochstuhl vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Lage ist perfekt zum Wandern und Ausflüge machen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit der Inhaber!!! Einzige Hinweise: 1. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Dies ist natürlich rein subjektiv!!! 2. Menschen über 1,85 m haben in den Betten mit dem Fußende ein paar Probleme, sich auszustrecken. :-) Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und werden dies auch gerne machen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
