"Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Location was perfect, right next to a lift up to the main ski area with pizza / bakery and ski shop literally downstairs. Communication with host was excellent, concierge linkage was a little clunky and inventory update and submission was a bit of pain, but no major issue. Would recommend!"

"This is a good sized apartment and is great for 8 people, maybe not so much for 10 but the lounge area is very spacious and the kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, I have never seen over 10 frying pans! The stairs are steep and about 5 stories overall on various levels so not good for anyone not wanting this and is tiring but this is just something to note in your choice. "The apartment is lovely and very well situated for accessing the vast Paradiski area. The village is very small and pretty with a handful of bars and restaurants. The local shop is quite limited and very expensive but we used one of the local produce shops to buy pre-prepared home made dishes (such as Tartiflette, lasagna and quiche) which were delicious and more cost effective than the supermarket! "We've stayed in Les Arcs many times and this was the best apartment so far! The lounge was very spacious and the balcony is sunny in the afternoon as we sat and had a beer whilst watching the skiers return. We loved the décor too! Jean Marc was a great host who was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!"

Generally harder work than the standard rental, numerous and complicated instructions regarding getting there / checking in / codes for parking, for key entry, extra costs for linen and then another (mad!) cost to have it delivered to the apartment (alternative: pick them up yourself from the concierge which is in a completely different - and hard to find - location). Weird cleaning...

"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."

Superb hotel close to old town and lake!
"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk from the old town and the lake. It felt safe. The room was clean, modern and the perfect size for our weekend getaway. Breakfast (at €12~ pp) was very competitive with the other petit dejeuners we had out during our stay. The gratis tea, coffee and croissants from 1pm a really nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this is a small nitpick. Staff friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about a short stay in Annecy. We will be back. Merci "
