"This was my first time using the INNSIDE brand or this property. Everyone was fantastic. I would recommend having their signature cocktail at the bar. It was amazing and the bar tender was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel. I’m now going to look at this brand for other locations."

"Not the experience we have hope for our stay."

"We have stayed at this hotel for over night on a long journey. It is not the same as it was, There used to be an evening meal service aviilable, but not no longer, just for coach parties. As usual I booked a no smoking room, but last night having already pre-registered on line, give the room key and told the room was no smoking. A notice was left on the bed indicating so, BUT smoking had been prevalent inthe room for sometime. We open the window and turned the fan on to max. By the time of our return from dinner elsewhere, the smell was not so prevalent. I suspect that the room and possibly others had been classified As No Smoking without any attention to the decor which still resting smoke odour. We would probably use the hotel if making the same family visit journey again, - but then perhaps not!"

"The hotel is at thw edge of an industrial estate but was very quiet and we just used it as a stopover when Travelling to Germany. The hotel was spotlessly clean with a comfortable room and a really nice bathroom. The staff were really welcoming and extremely helpful, they all spoke perfect English too. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you need to be in Metz or are on your way through as part of a long journey "

The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean , the breakfast has a very good range of different food available excellently prepared and set out , the whole hotel has a relaxed atmosphere , fifteen of us stayed for four nights and loved it , Metz is a lovely city ."
