"Ms Toi is the perfect host. She reached out to us prior to us arriving to learn a little about us as well as provide us with details about herself. She had very detailed instructions for us to follow. The was a welcome basket with some amenities, including snacks and toiletry items. She left no stone unturned. Her home decor was cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. We will definitely come vack and stay again."

"The house is beautifully updated. It is situated amongst rolling country hills and stunning views of a neighboring lake. The beds were nice and comfortable. This is going to be my goto place to stay every time we visit the Memphis area. We were minutes away from downtown Memphis. We got to the Memphis in May festivals in record time. The hosts were great and very attentive. I would book my stay early if you plan to visit the TN, MS, ARK area."

"The mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms were terrible. They were still wrapped in plastic when we arrived. We removed the plastic for 2 of the 3 beds. The front bedrooms have mattresses that are about 4 inches thick, which compressed to an uncomfortable level. You could feel every board on the boxspring through the mattress. There were no blankets in the front bedrooms, other than the decorative ones. The kitchen content is lacking. For example, the listing states that the house sleeps 6 but there...

"We had a mini family reunion with 4 generations. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen is well equipped. We had rain so didn't get to use the grill, but stayed in for dinner twice and it was a great success. It is close to highway 55, but we were not bothered by the road noise."
