This home sits in a small neighborhood overlooking the desert where you can enjoy beautiful Arizona sunsets each night! This is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, all upstairs, a dedicated office downstairs, with a futon for extra sleeping, and 3 full bathrooms. There is a bonus room upstairs as well, having its own couch and tv.

The house is spacious, fully equipped with both kitchen and bathroom essentials, including an extra large washer and dryer. On the back patio sits a BBQ, dining table, as well as a fire pit with relaxing chairs, perfect for hanging out and roasting s’mores!

The home is approximately 5 minutes from the freeway and only 9 miles to either Downtown Tucson or The University of Arizona. Several stores are nearby, including Costco, Target, Alberton’s and Basha’s. Walgreens and Starbucks are so close you can walk!

The house was very nice in a very quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room to accommodate our family and the home is nicely furnished. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This property is very well kept. Clean. Like new. Amenities including towels, tp, facial tissue, cleaning supplies, paper towels, shampoos/body wash, and even bottled water where a huge bonus. The beds and pillows are hard, but clean. A/C works great. Host was attentive to our needs and available when we needed to check the mailbox. Our stay was nice.

Great place to stay!
We ran the Saguaro Half Marathon and this was a fabulous home base! Kitchen was great to make meals and getting to and from Saguaro was easy. Perfect indoor and outdoor space for our needs! Only wish we brought our own pillows, the ones available were hard and difficult to sleep on. Beds were comfy! House was very clean. Would love to stay again, and will if we come back to Tucson!

Perfect for friends (and probably for everyone)
We four friends stayed for a week at Casas Adobes. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice view out the back overlooking a wild area and the valley (watch for hot air balloons in the distance). The kitchen had all of the equipment that we needed for our cooking needs, primarily dinners. It is conveniently located near drug and grocery stores. While the beds were made up with duvets, which none of us like, regular blankets were available so we were all able to sleep well. One morning I was awoken by an owl right outside my window. Very nice!

Wonderful home away from home!
Our 12-day stay at this home was as perfect as it can get for all the kids and the parents. Spacious living area and kitchen was great place to hang out. The amenities in the house were functional and useful. One of the best feature of our stay were the breathtaking views of the sunsets and the overall views of the open natural Tucson vegetation and mountains in background. Hosts promptly responded to our queries and helped us as much as possible to make us feel at home! We would be more than happy to stay here again!!!

Spacious and well-maintained with beautiful desert views
My family stayed here for 5 days while visiting Tuscon. The property was fabulous. Keyless entry with a code of my choice made checkin a breeze. The rooms are spacious; if you fit in the full ~10 people it will sleep it would still not be overcrowded. The furnishings are all recent (the house itself is brand new) and of good quality, and amenities were thoughtfully provided. Gene and Kathy were very responsive and helpful when communicating about the rental. My favorite feature of the house is the view off the back "yard" -- a small undeveloped area of natural (desert) ecosystem. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I have a strong favorable recommendation for this property!
