Enjoy the backyard with a ☀HEATED POOL and HOT TUB (heating fees apply, see other things to note section for more details)

☀Pool and Spa Heating Information:

-Pool + hot tub
Preheating (optional) = $100. We will turn heat on 24 hours before check in.
Daily rate = $200 for first night and $100/night after that. We will turn heat on at 4pm on check in day.

-Hot tub only
Preheating (optional) = $50. We will turn heat on 24 hours before check in.
Daily rate = $75 for first night, $50/night after that. We will turn heat on at 4pm on check in day.

The home is located in Tucson and is sure to not disappoint! It is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a resort-style backyard for your endless enjoyment! All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

☀Living Room
Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV and the most comfortable couch imaginable! Sprawl out on the couch and relax!

☀Kitchen
The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal. The expansive center island is the perfect eat in breakfast bar, the Dining and Living rooms are both open making you feel connected to the room.

☀Primary Bedroom
The Primary Bedroom features a cozy King size bed with a dedicated make-up vanity area. The beautiful built in Master Closets are perfect for your things and and double as full length mirrors. Enter through to your ensuite Master Bathroom with Walk-In shower and Dual Vanities.

☀Guest Rooms
One Guest Room features a plush queen size bed the other is a full size day bed. Each room comes with pillows and blankets as well as a closet for clothes storage. You will fall asleep before your head hits the pillow!

♥Backyard
The Backyard features a gorgeous covered patio area with seating for all of your family and friends! Take a shower in the outdoor shower after your swim! It doesn't get any better than this!

☀Bathrooms
Both Bathrooms feature a shower and come with fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo and Body Wash.

☀Laundry Room
A brand new Washer & Dryer and ironing board is available as needed!

The garage is not included with the reservation. The property owner uses it for storage.

☀Pool and Spa Heating Information:

-Pool + hot tub

-An Airbnb money request will be sent once pool/spa heating is requested. If pool/spa heating is not requested the pool will not be heated.

-The pool/spa heater is manually controlled. We kindly request 48 hours notice to arrange pool/spa heating.

-The gas required to heat the pool/spa is very expensive. The pool/spa heating controls have been locked; tampering with the pool/spa heating control lock will result in a $500 fee + the regular pool/spa heating fees for the entire length of the stay.

- NON Smoking/Vaping Home
- No parties weddings or loud events
- No unregistered guests in the property
- No pets allowed

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. Pool and Spa Heating Information:
