Enjoy your stay on an exclusive lake front property in Arizona. 12 miles to U of A and downtown. The house is close to the base of Mt. Lemmon with shopping and dining across the street from the community. 4 full bedrooms with an office/futon makes this an ideal family house or place to share with other friends. Community has 2 large swimming pools (1 is heated) and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and countless walking paths. Pets permitted upon approval.

Impressively large!
The house was very big and comfortable for a large group of us to stay. The pool table and game room were fun, the massage chair was AWESOME, and the community pool by the fitness center was cold but really nice to hang out by. A few small things could be improved: the sliding doors to the back were very difficult to open/close, the light by the grill was broken, and the front door would get jammed. I would definitely book it again for another family gathering!

Beautiful house
Our family of 7 rented this house for the weekend while in town for a University of Arizona graduation. It was about 25 minutes away from the University, but a very easy drive. House was great, they had ping pong and a pool table to keep the teenagers entertained. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Family Stay for a Wedding
Rob's home was perfect for our family of 6 (including 4 teenagers) and 2 sets of grandparents while in town celebrating a wedding. The house is very spacious, bright and clean. Each bedroom is large with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. There are a lot of activities available to keep everyone entertained: ping pong, pool table, table top shuffleboard and board games in addition to the outdoor firepit which was lovely on the freezing evenings. We also took advantage of the walking and biking trails and fitness center in the gated community. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a superb location to get out an explore all of the parks in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay for our girls weekend. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Loved hanging out on the back patio around the fire table. Owner was responsive.
