The house is equipped with a kitchenette that features 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Gas heating is available, but it is only operational from September 15th to May 15th. The outdoor area includes a small balcony, a roofed terrace, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 4 deck chairs.
