We come in last week late and we needed help with a crib for a baby, the front desk helped us immediately didn’t matter it was past midnight, they also helped us rent a car from a trustworthy company and make breakfast possible even if we missed the time. "A lovely, quirky little hotel, extremely clean, lovely continental breakfast with good coffee. Location is excellent and close to the centre of Brasov, parking is a nightmare to get a spot, so we made a reservation with the hotel for one of their spaces, a must do if you have a car! Staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Chitic and we would stay here again. Excellent place. "
