insalubrité et dangerosité

Nous n'avons pas pris possession de la location car ce n'était nullement un manoir mais un taudis que nous avions en face de nous. Le logement était sale, misérable et dangereux. Voici quelques exemples montrant sa dangerosité: des files électriques dénudés de projecteurs extérieurs, un tableau électrique extérieur sans porte, des gouttières non raccordées, des chaises trouées et/ou bringuebalantes, une piscine défectueuse et sale... La liste est loin d'être exhaustive. Nous avons du prendre un hôtel à Toulouse puis retourner à Lille! Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi cette location apparaît encore sur le site d'Abritel.

Très cher pour les prestations fournies

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette maison. Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Béatrice et Anne. Malheureusement les lieux n’étaient pas propres. Vaisselle sale dans les armoires. Cuisine collante. Toiles d’araignées partout. Les salles de bains sont vétustes et il est difficile d’avoir de l’eau à température correcte pour se doucher. La chambre du haut sous le toit de la mezzanine est inutilisable en été car il fait beaucoup trop chaud. Nous avons dû mettre tous les enfants dans la même chambre en bas et ils n’avaient pas tous un lit. Le jardin et la piscine pourraient être sympathiques à condition que le mobilier de jardin soit en état. Dans l’annonce, la maison était louée pour 10 personnes et nous étions 7. Malheureusement, nous n’avions même pas une chaise pas personne pour manger a l’extérieur. Il n’y avait pas assez de couvert pour tous. Nous avons dû aller acheter un parasol pour nous mettre a l’ombre car il n’y en avait qu’un. Les chaises longues au nombre de deux sont très vétustes. En conclusion, nous avons passé de belles vacances car la région et les gens sont sympathiques mais la maison n’est pas à la hauteur du montant que nous avons dû débourser.
