Très bonne prestation mais annonce mensongère
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement bien équipé et très propre. Néanmoins, nous restons amères puisque l'annonce fait état d'un "T1 avec parking", hors, en arrivant nous apprenons que le parking est en option et fait l'objet d'une facturation supplémentaire. A aucun moment il n'est précisé qu'il faudra payer le parking...au contraire, telle que l'annonce est rédigée, photo à l'appui, le parking est inclus dans le prix. Soit cette annonce est mensongère, soit le gestionnaire de la résidence cherche à se rembourser des frais Abritel en louant une deuxième fois le garage !

Appartement agréable, propre et bien situé.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement, nous avons pu nous rendre facilement à la station de métro pour circuler dans Toulouse. Juste un couac concernant l arrivée, comme nous sommes arrivés un jour férié, nous n avons pas pu accéder au parking souterrain le jour même , jour férié car l accueil était fermé. Penser à apporter de quoi s occuper le soir car ni télé,pas de problème, ni jeux, ça c est dommage...
