completely renovated apartment of 51 m2 2 rooms up to 6 sleeping 5 minutes walk to the port and the heart of the city, near the stadium Mayol and SNCF train station.
the equipment is new with a refined decoration.
the functional kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
the living room is spacious
the accommodation has a large bedroom with a 160cm bed.
the bathroom and endow a beautiful bathtub that is shower also

Bel appartement ancien rénové bien situé
Appartement bien décoré et tout confort, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Quartier proche du plein centre qui permet de tout faire à pied. Propriétaires sympathiques. Ne pas s'arrêter à la première impression sur l'extérieur de l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier.
