The villa is a 3-room house with a total area of 80 square meters. It features a practical and comfortable living/dining room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV with digital channels. The living/dining area provides access to the patio. There are two bedrooms, one with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and another with a French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table. The property has one bathroom with a shower/toilet.
