"When we arrived the place was clean and organized. It is located in a very quiet place. It is a good place to take a break from the city. It has good access to the beach and the villages in the neighbourhood I had all the essentials for a short break. Overall a very cosy place."

"Lovely place. Definitely need your own transport. Nice beaches and places to visit in the area. Be warned the pool isn’t heated, so our kids couldn’t use it, was very cold which was disappointing. Otherwise nice."

"We stayed in the house for 4 nights – 4 adults and 1 child – and while we appreciated the opportunity, the stay unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations given the cost.The house was in noticeably worse condition than what was presented in the listing. The kitchen was poorly equipped with very old and heavily used items, the plumbing in the bathrooms wasn’t functioning well, the sun loungers and bathroom sink were broken, and one of the bedrooms had a strong smell of mold. The property is fully equipped and tastefully decorated with a beach-chic feel. The pool deck and back of house look over open fields and a pine forest. "The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No offense to the team it is a gorgeous hotel, pool, restaurant, etc!"
